The Elements Tour Box was designed specifically for King Crimson's 2015 UK and EU tour as a follow-up to the highly successful 2014 Tour Box. The depth and diversity of King Crimson's archive allows for such an "alternative Best of/Introduction to..". edition, offering a fascinating sonic history of the band with excerpts from rehearsals of the current line-up, new live recordings from last year's sold-out US tour, elements of studio recordings, full songs, alternate takes and finished recordings from 1969-2015. Many of these are available on CD for the first time. All King Crimson line-ups can be heard on these two CDs. The set also features already interesting outtakes from future King Crimson albums. The enclosed booklet includes sleeve notes by Sid Smith, photographs and memorabilia, full tour information and several photographs of the band and musicians in the line-up taken by Tony Levin.
