Equator, the band's sixteenth studio album, was produced by Tony Platt (AC/DC, Foreigner) and was the last to feature vocalist Pete Goalby, ending this strong association. Equator was also the band's last album to chart in the UK. This expanded edition adds 4 bonus tracks with a non-album b-side to the single Backstage Girl, as well as a live version of the classic Heep Gypsy.
