Autograph was an American glam metal band that formed in Pasadena, California in 1983. The original lineup consisted of lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Steve Plunkett, lead guitarist Steve Lynch, bassist Randy Rand, keyboardist Steven Isham, and drummer Keni Richards. They are best known for their hit single "Turn Up the Radio" from their debut album "Sign In Please," which was released in 1984. The song became a staple of 1980s rock and received significant airplay on MTV. Autograph's sound was characterized by their catchy hooks, melodic choruses, and flashy guitar solos, which were a hallmark of the glam metal genre during that era.
