South African rock band

Seether is a South African rock band formed in 1999 in Pretoria, Gauteng. The band originally performed under the name Saron Gas until 2002, when they moved to the United States and changed their name to Seether to avoid confusion with the deadly chemical sarin gas. Fronted by lead vocalist and guitarist Shaun Morgan, the band's musical style has been described as post-grunge or alternative metal. Seether gained mainstream popularity in the early 2000s with their US hit singles "Fine Again," "Broken," and "Remedy." Over the years, they have experienced several lineup changes, with Morgan being the constant member.
