The Neighbourhood is an American alternative rock band formed in Newbury Park, California, in 2011. The band consists of lead vocalist Jesse Rutherford, guitarists Jeremy Freedman and Zach Abels, bassist Mikey Margott, and drummer Brandon Alexander Fried. They first gained widespread recognition with their hit single "Sweater Weather," which reached the top of the Billboard Alternative Songs chart in 2013. Following the success of their initial EPs, "I'm Sorry..." and "Thank You,", The Neighbourhood released their debut full-length album "I Love You." in April 2013 to commercial success and positive reviews.
