XXXTentacion, born Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy on January 23, 1998, was an American rapper, singer, and songwriter who became a popular figure in the SoundCloud rap scene in the mid-2010s. Known for his raw and emotive music that blended various genres including hip-hop, emo, trap, and punk rock, XXXTentacion gained rapid fame with his song "Look at Me" which went viral on social media and audio distribution platforms. His debut album, "17," released in 2017, received a positive response for its introspective content and peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200 chart. His follow-up album "?", released in March 2018, debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and spawned the hit single "Sad!", which posthumously reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 after his death.
