Owned by Marco van Empel , started around 2005 with gigs/tours and a printed magazine, later the label releases, mailorder and online video Channel (runned together with Big Bad Wolf Records) was a fact, see link below and subscribe if you like. www.headbangerszineandgigs.nl is a record label based in the south of The Netherlands. Located in Tilburg “Rock & Roll City!”. Headbangers Records is working together with the Frisian Label and record store "Big Bad Wolf Records" from Leeuwarden. Including former member Tamme Oosterhof of the non-profit organisation / Stichting (Foundation) “Metalization”. https://www.facebook.com/metalization.nl/?fref=ts Together they are “For The Passion Not The Fashion”. Both labels are mainly promoting forgotten Benelux hard-rock / metal-hard core acts but are also hungry for fresh new talent and lost worldwide treasures. Under their partner-banner “For The Passion Not The Fashion” the guys are also open for everything that’s good in their opinion. So non-metal releases are to be expected in the near future. Nevertheless both labels are still growing and not planning to stop yet… We are a non-profit label and are doing this for the passions, and nothing else. For both labels the same mission: buy more from our labels and pay less! ;)
