Black Ice" is the band's fifteenth studio album and the first LP album of new songs since Stiff Upper Lip, which topped the German album chart in early 2000. The Australian rock legends are also celebrating their debut on the Sony/BMG Columbia label. "Black Ice" was produced by star producer Brendan O'Brien (Rage Against The Machine, Springsteen, Pearl Jam, Incubus and many more) at Warehouse Studios in Vancouver. The tracks were mixed by Canada's Juno Award-winning Mike Fraser, who, in addition to countless AC/DC masterpieces, has worked on albums by Aerosmith, Dio, Biffy Clyro, Mötley Crüe, Van Halen and Slipknot. In late October, the band will embark on its first world tour since 2001.
