Born in 1988 to a Japanese mother and German father, Alice Sara Ott has been learning piano since the age of four and began winning competitions at an early age (the first one at the age of seven). A successful artistic start was crowned by a concert at the Herkulessaal in Munich in January 2008, after which critics reached for the highest superlatives in their judgements. She has signed an exclusive contract with DGG and this CD is her debut on the international piano scene. It contains the compositions that she excels at both technically and artistically.

Meanwhile, Alice has become a megastar in her mother's native country and is beginning to conquer the rest of the world...
