The pioneers of melodic death metal from Sweden are back! The breathtaking follow-up to 1995's masterpiece "Slaughter Of The Soul". After reuniting in 2007, eleven years after their break-up, with the classic line-up of Lindberg, guitarists Anders Björler and Martin Larsson, bassist Jonas Björler and drummer Adrian Erlandsson, the Gothenburg band didn't want to give fans false hopes for a new album. "It was only a year ago that we decided to record a new album," reveals Lindberg. All of the riffs and melodies on the album come from the Björler brothers, 70 percent of them from Anders. Lyrically, everything is subordinate to the overall concept this time.
