David Bowie - a chart winner On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the release of the compilation "Changesonebowie", a completely mastered version was released in 2016. This is the first best of album by pop legend David Bowie, which sold widely and celebrated great success in the charts - second place in the UK and tenth in the USA. The album "Changesonebowie" was first released by RCA Records in 1976. The album collects a total of eleven Bowie songs from between 1969 and 1976, including "Space Oddity", "Rebel Rebel", "The Jean Genie" and "Fame", some of his most successful singles released up to that time. Among the tracks on "Changesonebowie" is a special saxophone version of "John, I'm Only Dancing". Bowie recorded it in 1973 as part of the Aladdin Sane album sessions. In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine ranked the album 425th on its list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. "Changesonebowie" is now available again in revised form as a CD and 180g vinyl. This album provides a special insight into the work of David Bowie. "Changesonebowie" reflects the musician's early career, when he was not yet a pop legend but a true hitmaker.
