One of the most awaited musical achievements of this spring is undoubtedly the new album of the charismatic poet David Stypka.The 37-year-old musician, singer, guitarist and lyricist from Frýdek Místek comes after the original EP Jericho with the album Don't Be Afraid. The eleven songs more or less deal with the topic of fear, which is so topical today. The long-awaited record was created under the production direction of Martin Ledvina. The album is released at a time when Stypka has already captivated fans, the professional public and colleagues in the industry with his EP Jericho.David Stypka recorded the album with his band Bandjeez. He also invited a number of interesting musical guests to the studio. Among them is one of the most talented contemporary singers - Ewa Farna. The collaboration resulted in an emotive duet and one of the strongest tracks on the album, the song Good Morning, Dear.The guitar virtuoso, famed singer, composer and lyricist, is following the part of the music scene that stands for objective quality, but at the same time creates hits. His music and expression are timeless. All of his songs, combined with his urgent and pure interpretation, reach out and draw you into the story in a way that is hard to forget. David Stypka is nominated by the Academy of Czech Popular Music in the category of Discovery of the Year for the Anděl Award. He currently has 30 successful concerts as a guest of the band Jelen on their sold-out Vlčí srdce tour. He has a full calendar ahead of him for the 2017 concert season."
