The song "Sunshine of Your Love" reflects her enthusiasm for pop, which originated in the 1960s. The album offers an impressive musical array of songs by John Lennon, Eric Clapton and Antônio Carlos Jobim on one side and big band classics like "Give Me the Simple Life" and "Old Devil Moon" on the other. Hilariously interpreted by the Ernie Heckscher Big Band and the Tommy Flanagan Trio and produced by Verve founder Norman Granz. Review: "We are left with a great jazz album, finely dubbed."
