Brightest Blue is the forthcoming fourth studio album from English singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding, featuring both recently released singles and brand new songs that you haven't had a chance to hear yet. A number of songwriters and producers such as Tobias Jesso Jr., Starsmith, ILYA, Jim Eliot, and Patrick Wimberly collaborated with the singer to put together an album that is divided into two parts, or rather sides. Side A, exclusively produced by Ellie herself together with Joe Kearnst, is called "Brightest Blue". The second part, SIDE B, is called "EG.0"...The first half of the album reflects the singer's vulnerability and complex world, "where relationships dictate our happiness and heartbreak is still the most painful thing in the world no matter how enlightened you are," says Ellie, whose songs mirror growing up and its process. In contrast, the second half of the album "encapsulates my confident, bold and fearless side and showcases all of my recent experiences and collaborations," Ellie comments.Last month, Ellie Goulding performed as part of Global Citizen's 'One World: Together At Home' charity campaign, raising over £100 million for WHO's COVID-19 fund. Indeed, outside of her singing engagements, Ellie Goulding is also known as a passionate advocate for the environment and the fight to tackle climate change. She combines these two passions and raises funds for environmental and conservation projects by performing and participating in various projects.
