On June 7, 2013, Europe stormed the stage in their home country of Sweden on a special occasion: their incredible 30th anniversary on the scene. Together with 30,000 cheering fans, the band celebrated at the infamous Sweden Rock Festival, playing an incredible 28 songs - a setlist that included old classics, new recordings and even songs that had never been performed live before. However, there was no shortage of quiet moments during the bombastic greatest hits show, as the band played an emotional acoustic set that provided a uniquely intimate atmosphere during the otherwise large arena show. To pay tribute to their own heroes, Europe invited rare guests Scott Gorham (Thin Lizzy) and Michael Schenker (UFO, ex-Scorpions), with whom they played cover versions of Thin Lizzy's "Jailbreak" and UFO's "Lights Out". The varied setlist is full of treasures and includes hits like "Carrie", "Rock The Night", "Superstitious", "New Love In Town" and of course the always haunting classic par excellence: "The Final Countdown".
