Než Se Rozední - CD

the pop-rock band that was only recently released by the prolific North Moravian hatchery

and which has just successfully completed the biggest tour in the history of Pilsen's Mandrage, has not only brought new fans, but according to all indicators, it is already confirming that this is no quickie, but that there is a potential successor to the lineage of our domestic pop rock greats (Chinaski, No Name, Krystof, Mandrage) to be reckoned with.

Fresh sound, impressive harmonies and sympathetically melancholic lyrics are finding more and more resonance not only with the female audience.

"I believe that with this album the boys will definitely get rid of the former occasional label of Krystof's B-label, because on this album they are clearly proving their uniqueness and their own way, and the reactions of fans and radio stations are the best proof of that... It even seems that the label of melancholic hitmakers could suit them very well in the future and create a promising logotype."

We tried to make the album varied, it includes our hardest song yet, "In the lion's den", thefragile ballad "Abandonment", as well as the duet "Meziměsto" with our friend Karolina Vrbová," says Petr Harazin and adds: "When we started playing together, we were just kids who didn't even have IDs. Now, after nine years of existence, we've come up with a record that is a mirror of ourselves and our life journey so far - everything is as it should be and we're curious what people will say about this record."

The album "Než se rozední" was recorded by Nebe in DC Sound studio under the supervision of producer Dalibor Cidlinsky Jr., who is behind the successful albums of Jarek Nohavica, Xindel X and Dan Landa. The collaboration with Nebe began in spring 2013 with the successful singles Vteřina and Než se rozední, which are among the most played tracks in the Czech airwaves. More than half a year's work has resulted in eight more songs and it is clear from the first listen that the band has moved on considerably in the last two years, gaining a lot of experience that is reflected not only on the album but also on the concert stages.

"We have a really great feeling about the record Before Dawn, so naturally we were wondering what the fans would say. However, we're seeing more and more new people at the shows singing our songs and when we play ones they don't know yet, we still manage to get them going and it's obvious they're enjoying it. This is a great satisfaction for us and we believe that if someone likes Vteřina or Než se rozední, they will also like the whole album," said Štěpán Petrů, the band's guitarist and co-writer of the music and lyrics.
