Rise Against show their teeth Becoming a pack and creating a collective bold identity - that or similar could be the message of "Wolves", the new album from Rise Against. The American punk and hardcore band's eighth studio effort is the follow-up to their number one album "The Black Market". Rise Against recorded eleven songs for "Wolves" last year with Grammy winner Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Alice in Chains, Deftones). That's why the band moved to Nashville, far from Chicago and Los Angeles. Rise Against already presented the first preview of their new album in April with the single "The Violence". As usual, Tim McIlrath, Joe Principe, Brandon Barnes and Zach Blair are not only political and socially critical, but also guitar-driven and absolutely catchy. In addition to the standard CD and LP versions, "Wolves" is also available as a deluxe edition CD with two bonus tracks. In 2017, Rise Against have proven themselves both content-wise and musically. "Wolves" is more than an apt title for their new album.
