Eat a Peach je třetí studiové album skupiny The Allman Brothers Band. Album, které produkoval Tom Dowd, bylo vydáno 12. února 1972. Po dvojalbu "Live At Fillmore" se kapela potýkala s osobními závislostmi, které ještě umocnila smrt zakládajícího člena Duana Allmana při nehodě na motocyklu v domovském Maconu ve státě Georgia, což znamenalo, že toto bylo poslední album, na kterém se kytarista podílel.
Album je směsicí studiových nahrávek (s Duanem Allmanem i bez něj) a živých záznamů ze slavných vystoupení kapely ve Fillmore East v roce 1971. K vrcholům patří živá verze písně "Mountain Jam", stejně jako "Melissa" a "Blue Sky" (klasická rocková rádiová stálice).
Obal alba vytvořili W. David Powell a J. F. Holmes a kromě velké nástěnné malby na bráně s houbami a vílami zobrazuje název kapely na náklaďáku s broskvemi. Časopis Rolling Stone jej později v roce 1991 vybral mezi 100 nejlepších obalů alb všech dob.
Album mělo okamžitý úspěch a umístilo se na čtvrtém místě žebříčku Billboard Top 200 Pop Albums. Později získalo platinovou desku a dodnes patří k nejprodávanějším v diskografii kapely.

Obwohl dies nach Duane Allmans tödlichem Motorradunfall veröffentlicht wurde, enthalten die Tracks seine großartige Leadarbeit.
