U.D.O. are pure German metal! The band around former Accept singer Udo Dirkschneider presents their fifteenth studio album "Decadent". The cult band once again masterfully combines traditional heavy metal with a contemporary sound. U.D.O. are pure German metal! The band around former Accept singer Udo Dirkschneider presents their fifteenth studio album "Decadent". The cult band has once again managed to masterfully combine traditionally strong heavy metal with a contemporary sound. A recipe that already made the predecessor "Steelhammer" so successful and completely convinced fans all over the world. With "Decadent", U.D.O. consistently continue this path and even improve it again. The album was produced by Udo Dirkschneider and Mattes Pfeiffer (Redhead Audio Productions, Wilhelmshaven) in collaboration with Fitty Wienhold - just like the previous album "Steelhammer". "The team just proved themselves and it feels good with the two of them," says Udo. The songs were recorded at Udo and Fitty's Double U Studios in Ibiza and mixed by Mattes in Wilhelmshaven. The entire band contributed to the songwriting, with mastering by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, among others). Review: "Cutting guitars, pumping power beats and a strong voice combine to create a successful whole that oozes adrenaline but does so in a thoughtful way, always keeping the attention factor high with a few arrangement surprises."
