Firefall is an American rock band that formed in Boulder, Colorado, in 1974. The band's original lineup included Rick Roberts, who had been in the Flying Burrito Brothers, and Jock Bartley, who had worked with Gram Parsons and Tommy Bolin. They are known for their melodic country rock sound and scored several hits during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Among their well-known songs are "You Are the Woman," "Just Remember I Love You," and "Strange Way." Firefall's self-titled debut album was released in 1976 and went on to achieve Gold status in the United States. Over the years, they have experienced numerous lineup changes but have continued to record and perform. The band's blend of soft rock, folk, and country elements helped them gain a significant following during their peak years, and they remain active with performances to this day.
