Incubus is an American rock band formed in 1991 in Calabasas, California. The group gained mainstream recognition with the release of their third studio album, "Make Yourself," in 1999. The album's hit single, "Drive," propelled them to international fame and showcased the band's versatile style, blending elements of alternative rock, metal, and funk. Following the success of "Make Yourself," Incubus released "Morning View" in 2001, which debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 chart and included hits like "Wish You Were Here" and "Nice to Know You." Continuing their success, the band's sixth studio album, "Light Grenades," debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in 2006, marking their first chart-topping release. Over their career, Incubus has maintained a significant presence in the rock music scene with a dedicated fan base and has been known for their energetic live performances and extensive touring.
