Majestica is a power metal band that originated in Sweden. Initially formed under the name ReinXeed in 2004 by guitarist, vocalist, and keyboardist Tommy Johansson, the band underwent a rebranding and changed its name to Majestica in 2019. Tommy Johansson is also known for his role as the guitarist for the heavy metal band Sabaton. As Majestica, they released their debut album under the new moniker titled "Above the Sky" in 2019. The band is known for their melodic and symphonic approach to metal, with influences drawn from classical music and traditional power metal elements. They have been recognized for their energetic performances and catchy melodies."
