Modificacion

Spanish group. Grupo musical Español de València, que en un principio se llamaron "Club 33" de València. En 1969 y tras cambios en la formación, deciden cambiarse el nombre por el de "Modificación", siendo sus componentes: José Sapiña Gil, cantante; Manuel Amorós Romero, batería; Joaquín Gaspar Alfonso "Ximo", guitarra baja; Rafael Pinazo Monterde, en los teclados; Luis Miguel Pinazo Monterde, como guitarra; estos dos últimos hermanos. A principios de 1970 José Piña Gil es substituido por Juan Bautista Conca de (Aldaia - València) cantante, y que posteriormente triunfaría en solitario como Juan Bau. Siendo teloneros de Lone Star, su líder y cantante Pedro Gené se interesa por el grupo, y les produce el primer disco en 1971 con el sello REGAL del grupo EMI. En 1972, Juan Bau, abandona el grupo y se incorpora Luis Miguel Font Giner "Foni". Manuel Amorós se marcha del grupo y se incorpora al grupo Búffalo, formado por Vicente Ausina "Charly", están nueve meses actuando todos los días en Ibiza. Su puesto en Modificación es ocupado por José Luis Correcher. Acabado el verano de 1972, el grupo Búffalo se disuelve, y Manuel Amorós vuelve con Modificación, trayéndose a Vicente Ausina "Charly", dándose así a la cuarta formación del grupo. Con esta formación graban su segundo single con el sello La Corrida, con los temas "Gritemos, hey, hey, hey", y en la cara B "El tren me acerca hasta mi hogar". Se incorpora en el piano, Guillermo Fernández, y graban su tercer single en 1974, cara A "Acroos The Time", y cara B " Te Espero". Luis Pinazo grabó el disco, pero no aparece en la portada por haber abandonado el grupo. En 1975, la formación de Modificación era: Vicente Ausina "Charly", cantante; Rafa Pinazo, órgano Hammond; Guillermo Fernández, teclados; Jordi, guitarra; Joaquín Gaspar, bajo; y Manuel Amorós, batería. El grupo cambia, con la voz potentosa de "Charly", cambian de estilo, más rhitm & blues, soul, funky. Hicieron la doce horas de Ademúz, algo inolvidable para el grupo. No volvieron a grabar ningún disco, tras romper relaciones con los productores y con el sello La Corrida. Estuvieron actuando tres años más en la sala Play Boy de Alacant. Al finalizar agosto de 1978, se tomaron unas vacaciones de varios años. El 27 de mayo de 2013, se brinda un homenaje a "Charly" en la sala Durango de Meliana - València, en la que actuaron Modificación, Eduardo Bort Band, La Yaya Canalla, y el Atlético Esquelético, grupos a los que estuvo vinculado "Charly", durante su vida profesional como cantante.
