Museum of Love is an American band formed by Pat Mahoney, former drummer of LCD Soundsystem, and Dennis McNany, also known as Jee Day. The duo's music is characterized by a blend of electronic, dance, and indie rock elements. They emerged in the music scene with their self-titled debut album "Museum of Love" which was released in 2014. The project was well-received for its eclectic sound and marked the beginning of their collaboration. Following the disbandment of LCD Soundsystem in 2011, Mahoney's transition to Museum of Love allowed him to continue exploring his musical interests alongside McNany. Their work is noted for its intricate production and thoughtful composition, contributing to the landscape of electronic-infused indie music.
