American Pop Punk Band

Plain White T's is an American rock band that originated from Lombard, Illinois. Formed in 1997 by high school friends, the band's lineup includes lead vocalist Tom Higgenson, lead guitarist Tim Lopez, rhythm guitarist Dave Tirio, bassist Mike Retondo, and drummer De'Mar Hamilton. They gained mainstream popularity with their song "Hey There Delilah," which became a hit single worldwide and earned them two Grammy nominations. The band's discography includes the albums "All That We Needed" (2005), which featured the acoustic version of "Hey There Delilah," "Every Second Counts" (2006), where the full-band version of "Hey There Delilah" appears, and later works such as "American Nights" (2015) and "Parallel Universe" (2018). The Plain White T's are known for their melodic pop-rock sound and have continued to tour and release music into the 2020s.
