Robin McAuley is an Irish rock vocalist best known for his work with the McAuley Schenker Group (MSG), where he was the lead singer from 1986 to 1993. He first gained prominence in the 1980s with the band Grand Prix before joining forces with guitarist Michael Schenker to form the McAuley Schenker Group. Their partnership yielded several albums, with McAuley's powerful voice becoming a defining element of the band's sound. After MSG, McAuley continued his career with various projects, including solo work and collaborations with other artists. He has also been part of the rock supergroup Raiding the Rock Vault and has performed in other musical collectives such as Survivor and Far Corporation. Throughout his career, Robin McAuley has been recognized for his dynamic vocal range and has maintained a presence in the rock and hard rock scenes.
