Ed Sheeran is an English singer-songwriter who has achieved global fame with his melodic pop, folk, and acoustic music. Born on February 17, 1991, in Halifax, West Yorkshire, Sheeran began playing guitar at a young age and started writing songs during his time at Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham. He moved to London in 2008 to pursue a music career and played small gigs in venues across the city. In 2011, he released his debut studio album "+", which included the hit single "The A Team". This album marked the beginning of his commercial success and was followed by a series of successful releases.
