The music is produced and owned by artist / producer William ‘Hasan’ Robinson. PER is a production music library and also a independent record label that specializes in instrumental acoustic music. Founded in 2016. PER Music Library produces music that crosses multi-genres, with elements of lo-fi, beats, and jazz, nearly all of it instrumental, electronic, and experimental.
