Songs and their stories 20 years ago, David Bowie recorded a set for the VH1 Storytellers series at "The Manhattan Center" in New York. A good ten years later, the recording was released on CD and DVD for the first time. To celebrate the 20th anniversary, "David Bowie: VH1 Storytellers (Live at Manhattan Center)" will be released on vinyl for the first time ever in 2019. Twelve tracks in total await on the double album, including four bonus tracks "Survive", "I Can't Read", "Always Crashing In The Same Car" and "If I'm Dreaming My Life". These were previously only included on the DVD, but not on the CD. The idea behind the "VH1 Storytellers" project was to tell the stories behind the songs, as well as the songs themselves, during intimate performances in front of an audience. "David Bowie: VH1 Storytellers (Live at Manhattan Center)" is finally available on vinyl.
