Manic Street Preachers are back! It's been quiet around the Welsh band for the last three years. But now they are back with a fresh breeze and releasing their eleventh studio album "Rewind The Film"! Released three years after "Postcards From A Young Man", the album sees the band with a stripped-back sound, with classic Manics tunes and their unique lyrics once again to be found. The album was recorded at the band's own "Faster" studio in Cardiff, at Rockfield Studios in Monmouthshire and at Hansa Studios in Berlin (where the band recorded for the first time). The Manics themselves say of the album, "If there was a backing track from our catalogue, it would be "This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours!". Following in the tradition of inspired collaborations, the album features tracks with Lucy Rose, Kate Le Bon and Richard Hawley. Richard Hawley says: "I'm thrilled to have been asked to sing with the Manics. I can't even begin to describe what this means to me, the whole experience is something I will always remember. I love the Manics... Review of "The Welsh surprise again with a work as subtle as it is powerful."
