Ethereal, intimate and intimate, m b v is a surprising and beautiful metamorphosis of what was known as the My Bloody Valentine sound, pushing the boundaries of genre like no other band. The album's final track, "Wonder 2," exemplifies how Shields' hypnotic guitar blends with drum'n'bass to stunning effect.
