Tony Martin

British rock singer and former Black Sabbath frontman

Tony Martin is a British heavy metal vocalist, best known for his time with the influential band Black Sabbath. He joined Black Sabbath in 1987 and was a part of the band during a period when they were experiencing numerous lineup changes. Martin's tenure with Black Sabbath lasted until 1991, and then again from 1993 to 1997, during which he recorded several albums with the band, including "The Eternal Idol" (1987), "Headless Cross" (1989), "Tyr" (1990), "Cross Purposes" (1994), and "Forbidden" (1995). His powerful voice and wide vocal range have been well-regarded in the heavy metal community.
